This session is an invitation to gently notice what you may be ready to shed as we move from winter into spring.
Breathwork gives the body space to release what the mind often holds onto. Sometimes that looks like clarity, sometimes emotion, sometimes simply a deeper exhale than you’ve allowed yourself in a while.
Whilst there are contraindications, modifications are available to ensure accessibility.
