Join us for a morning of community, connection,
and co-regulation.

We will be exploring the power & magic of the breath as a tool. Breathing as a community, as one living organism, heals the individual as well as the collective.

Learn how to use the breath as a tool to connect further & deeper with yourself as well as others. We will journey using investigative practices, somatic embodiment, and the conscious connect breath. Finally, we come together again for a sharing circle & to integrate our experience.

As the fascia connects the physical body, the breath is the mycelium that connects all energetic and spiritual bodies: human and non-human, micro and macro, including the Earth and the Sky themselves. Connection to the breath is connection to the tiniest atom, as well as to the entire cosmos.
